Hi,

I've a highly frequented forum (6 000 000 viewed pages per month) and i would like to know witch will be the best (and cheaper) hosting plan for me (in US) ? I was thinking about 1&1, what do you think about them ?

Thanks a lot for your help

Best regards

1and1 Support is not great so if there is ever problems you will most likely wait a while for a response.

How much space and transfer do you use each month? Are you looking for a dedicated server or just a large shared hosting plan?

They do not use a standard control panel if I remember correctly. We will still need to know if you are interested in dedicated or shared hosting. Thank you.

Hi,

Please note that i need a dedicated server, i've tryed shared server before, when i have pretty less of visitors and it was catastrophic.

I need a dedicated server with 1Gb of RAM and, if possible, a SCSI drive

Best regards

Have a look at www.servermatrix.com (http://www.servermatrix.com) You won't get a SCSI drive unless you go with the upper end servers though.

Have a look at the P4 2.8, it is a great value. Compare it to the P4 2.4, and the extra fee for RAM, may as well do the 2.8 :)
