Where is all the text?

Hi,

I've been translating the English language pack into Norwegian, but I can't find all the text in the admin panel. Is it just me or?
I mean the text in the user cp and other major text parts.

Admin CP -> Languages & Phrases -> Phrase Manager

Look at all the Phrase types beginning with 'Control Panel'.
