How to change background color on forms.

Hi, I can't seem to find the place to change the color of the form window at signup page, this bright color just does not work with the light colored font for my new style. See attached screencap.

Hmm, what's strange is that when I do that it woorks to change the backgrounds in all the forms except for those yellow ones. For now I made the text darker in that same area (Input fields) but I'll keep looking for the other.
