I am currently with OLM.net. I've been with OLM since my site started. I am trying to resolve some issues with them, but want to keep options open as well.
My dB is about 1.2Gigs. I use about 50GB of transfers a month.
I have 30-45 users online at any time, 1200ppd, and 150 registered uniques visit a day.
My server is a VPS, with 384 dedicated ram, 10% guarnateed CPU resources. 3GB, 150GB/mo.
I pay 90/mo.
It has an ENSIM GUI for adding/removing sites/users.
Anyone know REPUTABLE and LARGE hosts with similar plans? I like OLM because they have pretty decent service, good network, and host thousands of sites, so they are not some fly by night operation.
Any other similar hosts?

Any other similar hosts?Well, I've been very happy with Tera-Byte (http://www.tera-byte.com/), located up in Edmonton, Canada. Their virtual server (http://www.tera-byte.com/vir.html) is a bit smaller than the specs you quote, but it is also only $55 (US) per month.
Their next step up is a $99 (US) per month Cobalt RaQ 4, which you can find at the bottom of this page (http://www.4webspace.com/). It is a dedicated server with:
.:. 500GB of transfer
.:. It comes with a 10GB internal hard drive
.:. Intergrated developer tools (ASP and PHP support)
.:. 128megs of RAM on initial install
.:. Unlimited email addresses
.:. Up to 300,000 page views per day 128 MB of RAM won't do the job for vBulletin, though, but the RAM upgrade prices are one-time charges:
384 MB = $150 (US)
512 MB = $225 (US)
If you think you might grow substantially larger in the next year or so, I would recommend the newer Cobalt RaQ 550 server, located at the top of that same page (http://www.4webspace.com/). It is $199 (US) per month. While they only list RAM upgrades to 512 MB for the RaQ 550, I got them to upgrade mine to 1 GB, and the hardware will actually accomodate up to 2 GB, which they might be able to actually do now (they could not 18 months ago when I first ordered my RaQ 550 server). We recently renewed a long-term contract for this RaQ 550 server so I can say that we've been quite pleased with this company and its technical support (although "technical support" is basically limited to resolving connectivity issues and/or manually rebooting the server when needed).
